Note: Brow cosmetic tattooing is not offered yet here; I’m taking consults and waitlist requests so you’re first when it launches.
What a Cosmetic Brow Tattoo Is (Today)
Current brow tattoo methods use fine strokes or soft shading with pigments formulated to heal naturally—not the harsh blocky brows of the past.
Techniques and Finishes
- Feather/hair-strokes: Mimics hair strands for a fluffy finish.
- Powder/ombre: Soft shading that heals like a tint or makeup.
- Combo: Strokes in the front, shading in the body for depth.
Skin type matters: Oily or very textured skin holds hair-strokes less crisply; ombre or combo often heal more evenly.
How Natural Can It Look?
- Colour matching: Pigments are mixed to your undertone; we avoid ashy or overly warm finishes.
- Shape harmony: Brow mapping follows your bone structure—not trends that won’t age well.
- Density control: We can keep it airy or add depth based on your preference.
What to Expect in the Appointment
- Consultation, photos, and brow mapping
- Numbing (multiple passes as needed)
- Initial pass + perfecting details
- Aftercare instructions to protect healing
Aftercare Essentials
- Keep brows dry and clean for the first days; avoid sweat/steam.
- No picking flakes; allow soft peel naturally.
- Avoid actives (retinol, acids) on brows during healing.
- Expect softening: colour fades 20-40% after healing.
Touch-ups are normal: A perfecting session 6-10 weeks later refines colour and shape once healed.
