All appointments must be booked in advance. A WhatsApp confirmation message is required to secure your slot. Please arrive with clean, makeup‑free lashes to ensure the best results.

Clients must follow the aftercare instructions provided, including avoiding water, steam, and heat for 24 hours, no mascara or strip lash glue, no picking or pulling, and regular gentle cleansing. Poor aftercare may affect retention and is not the responsibility of the lash artist.

7. Refunds & Guarantees

Due to the nature of the service, refunds are not offered. If you experience an issue within 48 hours, please contact us and we will assess the situation.

10. Photography & Social Media

Before & after photos may be taken for portfolio and social media use. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know before your appointment.
